Case study
Crabtree Consulting
The brief
Crabtree Consulting needed a new page built for their site: the Fractional Buyer offer, a service that had to be explained clearly enough for prospects to understand what they'd be hiring and why it beats a full-time hire.
The job was design and development. Take the offer, give it a page that looks like it belongs to a serious firm, structure the information so a first-time visitor gets it in one pass, and ship it working.
What I did
- Designed the Fractional Buyer page to sit naturally inside Crabtree's existing site.
- Structured the offer so the value is obvious above the fold and the detail unfolds in reading order.
- Developed the page and delivered it live, on brief and on time.
The result
The best measure of client work is whether the client comes back. This one did, and better: the follow-up didn't come from my contact, it came from her boss. Months later, a new person at the firm reached out on instruction from the top.
When the person who signs the invoices tells her team to bring you back, that's the review that counts. The full email sits in the receipts section on the homepage.
Why it matters to you
One page, handled end to end: design, build, delivery. No project managers, no telephone game, one accountable person. If your site needs a page that earns its keep, or a few of them, this is how it goes.
